This session seeks to establish the basic convictions and principles that govern rightly handling the Word. Faithful interpretation seeks the meaning breathed out by God and communicated by the biblical author in the text, using grammatical, historical, literary, canonical, and theological judgment under the illuminating Spirit and within the teaching fellowship of the church.
